We do not collect actual passwords, PINs, or login credentials at any point. Our intake questionnaire specifically asks only where credentials are stored, not what they are.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information through two forms on our website: a request form that captures your name, email, and package selection; and a confidential intake questionnaire that captures the detailed information needed to prepare your Digital Estate Binder. Both forms are submitted securely over HTTPS.

We use the information you provide solely for the following purposes:

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your intake form data is transmitted securely to our email service provider and stored in our secure business email inbox, which is protected by Microsoft 365 with two-factor authentication. Form submissions are also temporarily retained by our form processing service (EmailJS) for delivery purposes.

Your completed Digital Estate Binder, once prepared, is delivered to you by email and we do not retain a copy beyond what is necessary to confirm delivery. We recommend you store your binder securely alongside your will and other estate documents.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our service and comply with legal obligations. Once your Digital Estate Binder has been delivered, your intake data is deleted from our systems within 90 days unless you have engaged us for ongoing annual review services.
